WOMEN'S HEALTH CONSULTATION - $350

This is a comprehensive nurse led consultation designed to explore the possible factors contributing to hormonal symptoms, fatigue, weight changes, perimenopause or menopause concerns, and overall wellbeing.

During this 45-60 minute session, we'll take the time to understand your full health picture- including medical history, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress and hormonal stage, so that we can tailor a plan that supports your individual needs and goals.

Pre- appointment paperwork will be sent out for completion prior to your visit.

Where clinically appropriate, referral to a partnered women's health specialist may include prescriptions for therapies such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), along with relevant women's health investigations or pathology testing.

All care is delivered under strict regulatory guidelines in collaboration with Fresh Health.

Pre-appointment paperwork will be sent out for completion prior to your visit, allowing us to personalise your session from the outset.

Depending on your needs, this consultation may also include a referral for a medical consultation as part of the program's clinical oversight.
